Bug with assimilation process into Empire of Russia
1) There are kingdoms, like Crimea, Nenetsia, Volga Bulgaria, that are de-jure Russians, but not de-jure Rus. After formation of Russia this kingdoms are shown as assimilating into empire of Rus without changing of assimilation time.
2) Kingdoms that are not de-jure Russians, nor de-jure Rus, after formation of Russia still are shown as incorporating into Rus.
3) Time, left for de-jure drift is saved.
Example: When I was Emperor of Rus, there were 34 years to wait for de-jure drift of kingdom of Narnia from the Cupboard to Rus. Than I took decision to form Russia, but nothing changed - Narnia still drifting from cupboard to Rus, not Russia! That not pretty good, at all!!!
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1) Once the Russian Empire is formed, the Rus Empire, Volga-Bulgaria and Pontic Steppe must be de-jure destroyed, non-Russian (de-jure) kingdoms must be combined into Russia, not into Rus.
2) De-jure Russian kingdoms should stay de-jure Russians and do not separate to de-jure Rus.
3) Good, if incorporation progress could be saved. Like, I got 2 years left to incorporate Narnia into Rus, but decided to form Russia, so, hope there would be no need to wait another 100 years to assimilate it.
