Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Trying to change the hair of a female ruler with the barber seems to switch between headgear as opposed to the character's hair.
Headgear appears under headgear given by ruler titles.
Characters without ruler headgear still change headgear

Changing with the Ruler Creator works as intended.

Still present in 3.1. Is anyone going to fix this?

Version 3.1.
1.I can't open barber on female characters. Button to open barber is grey.
2.Ruler designer have bug too. When i create female hero and start game, hairs of my hero was changed.
