Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When ruling as a female Queen regnant (not petty queen) I am unable to change my headress. When I go to the barber and click to select over nothing happens.

You aren't supposed to be able to change your headwear through the barber.
It used to be possible, but that was a bug; using the barber is only supposed to change your hairstyle.

That seems silly. Half of the head-wear you can't even see the hair. It made much more sense to be able to change the head-wear.
