Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In all my recent games beginning at the 1066 bookmark the first crusades is called against the kingdom of Egypt, instead of the kingdom of Jerusalem, regardless of meyself being able to participate or not. As the kingdom of egypt is the only kingdom title of the Fatimids it crushes their kingdom to smaller duchies, which usually results in a massive drop of muslim power, appearing to be near gamebreaking (in my own humble opinion, of course
). Additionally, all the events that accompany the crusade in Jerusalem (e.g. Lance of Longinus, Holy Sepulchre) can't fire.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start any game in the 1066 bookmark and wait until the first crusade is called.
