Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Been playing since 1066, Got my first Immortal Emperor, and have been having fun uniting Europe under the flag of the Commonwealth.

Just Updated to 3.1, looking forward to building some Wonders to top off my play through, but about 20 years in the game has gotten much more choppy than playing under the previous patch. I'm not sure what's happening since everything has been fine up until now, and I don't think that the world is drastically different since the patch.

It could just be a slowdown do to the late game (its 1339) but all seemed to be well in the previous patch.

https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/15982961 , I used to run with the 5.0 turbo, but didn't notice any difference in CK2, game is on the Samsung 960 Pro NVMe PCIe M.2 512GB).

Game got super choppy for me when I got to around 2500 members in dynasty. It is around 6000 now, but doesn't seem all that much slower than when it was at 2500.

I think there must also be something else going on though, since the 'diplomatic' mode map chops around much, much more than if I have it set to, say, 'terrain'.
