A correction, while there are strings in the new patch that does not have proper german localisation I can't reproduce the issue in your screenshot. I've attached a screenshot of how the same screen looks for me. We noticed that your checksum, FGYM, is in fact not the correct one (should be KLLL). Are you sure you do not have any mods active? If so could you try verifying files in Steam/reinstalling the game?
