Getting Pregnancy Spam from Lovers but I'm Not the Father

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
This is really weird because so far this is the only character I've had this happen to. I have multiple lovers (some of them via console) say they are pregnant with my child but real_fathers and charinfo show that they are not.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
No idea. I've used the same mods and never had this problem.
