Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Doge of Ancona is vassal to the Pope, who is vassal to me. I cannot retract the Doge of Ancona from the Pope. The Doge of Ancona does not appear under the vassals listed under retract vassal.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Right click on Pope
2. Choose Retract Vassal
3. Doge of Ancona does not appear

Can you retract other de jure vassals of the Pope?

Well I revoked the Papal State Kingdom (AKA Romagna) from the Pope, so he does not have any de jure vassals anymore. I know I also retracted the papal guards from him earlier. I know I also retracted the other vassals from him.
