Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Imperial Tiara, default Item in possession of the Byzantine Emperors, gets rendered useless when you reform the Roman Empire, as it has the equip-condition "Be Byzantine Emperor".

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Restore the Roman Empire, own the Imperial Tiara and attempt to equip it.

This is WAD. It's stupid but Paradox decided it shouldn't be active for Roman Emperors.
