I've seen screenshots of this issue before but never been able to reproduce it.
I can't seem to reproduce it from your save games either unfortunately (and I think you might have mixed up the save games as the second one is the one before the succession).
Are you able to reproduce the issue from any of these save games if you disable your mods?
