So "Construction" is positioned lowest of the Economy Advance tech right?
So I put it at 4 because hospitals etc.
For some reason, "Shipbuilding" is now at the lowest position. So I have lvl 4 in shipbuilding, as feudal, my construction took over Shipbuildings level (lvl2). It's 952 so just lvling construction to lvl 3 costs 386, with lvl4 costing 755.
To further enforce and prove that, my capitol has all the hospital-levels build from Construction 4.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
No idea, newest update I think if it was patched this week.
