Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
My king is checked as being "otherwise occupied," preventing the coronation chain of events. But he is not occupied in doing anything. I have resigned from council, gone into and out of peace, gone into and out of leading troops, and gone into and out of penance. Not hunting, feasting, secluded, etc.
My previous character died while secluded in capital because of epidemic. The heir, a non-secluded count age roughly seven inherited. After the regency, top liege was in war and plague was still in the old capital that was reinstated after succession. I realized the coronation option wasn't available while the plague was still going, so I waited it out so I wouldn't be secluded. But I actually wasn't actually secluded because I was listed as being otherwise occupied. Plague finally leaves and I'm still preclude from taking the option. I am also precluded from feast and hunt too, so it is not just the one action.
