Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
My crown authority of medium is supposed to ensure a minimum of 40% levies per feudal vassal but it does not match in this case. I have medium crown authority across all my kingdoms and empires.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
My crown authority appeared buggy in itself, sometimes showing a low crown authority and then showing medium again when closing and reopening the window. I checked the opinion of my vassal though and it had -10 for medium crown authority.
