Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I did a weird thing. I am playing as a Zoroastrian. First I had the event that a courtier fancied me, so I went to her bedchamber for a romp and she became pregnant. When the baby was born, I decided to acknowledge the child was mine. While the game was still paused, I decided to make my lover my concubine. But then, probably because the baby was flagged as a bastard (being born before the mother became my concubine), I got an event about my concubine having had a child with another man.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Make your lover your concubine after she has had the child and you've acknowledged it.
