One line summary of your issue
Matrilineal bloodline inheritance bug.

Game Version
(3.0.1.1)

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If you form any bloodline as a female character, the bloodline starts as normal with matrilineal inheritance, however it also starts with matrilineal transfer, when it should be paternal transfer. As if your primary heir is a male, the bloodline will not be passed down to his children unless he is in a matrilineal marriage. Which causes his children to no longer by of your dynasty, leading to a game over.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1) Form any bloodline as a female character, I've replicated the issue twice, with the Immortal Blood of Alexander event chain and the Crusader Queen blood line.

Many people have complained about this and there has been no response so I don't think it's a bug. The only solution I can think of is either inbreed constantly to keep the bloodline in your dynasty or don't get bloodlines with female rulers unless using enatic clans.
