Minor text bug for diabled alert in outlier

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Take off a councillor from every job to trigger the "?" alert. Right click the alert and select the small red disable button.
Open the outlier on the right (check that the checkbox for showing "diabled alerts" is ticked to show the alerts) and you'll see that other disabled alerts have regular text, while this one has underscores etc.
Since this type of alert is newer and was introduced later to the game than the other alerts with the okay text I suspect that several other "newer" alert types may also have the same issue.
