This little boy got a job as cupbearer (+0.2) and a book from China (+1) giving him an income of +1.2 per month as displayed here:
Now let's look at him 3 months later, he should now have earned 3.6 gold from these 2 sources:
Welp, no change....
Now lets look at it again exactly 1 year after the first pic, he should have gotten 14.4 gold by now...
Well at least he did earn SOMETHING, right? He got exactly the +1.20 that is displayed as "monthly" income in one year.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Give job to a courtier. Keep track of their income.
