Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Playing the game or switching to any bookmark earlier than 1066 messes up the Muslim portraits.

Switching back to 1066 makes it look normal again.

Only Muslim portraits are affected.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Are you sure you aren't using any mods though?
The ring and crown around the Coat of Arms doesn't look like vanilla.
