Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When playing the game with a scaled UI the modifiers of great works are not displayed. I have the same problem with the upgrades.
The UI-Scale is set to 1.3. My resolution is 3840x2160.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Set the UI-scaling to 1.3.

This is happening to me as well. I was wondering if my level 3 Great Synagogue was actually doing anything, since I cannot see any text for the modifiers. Sadly, with a 4K screen, 1.0 scale is essentially unreadable.

3.1 with all DLC except SI enabled, 4K resolution.

I was super excited when I saw the update and started up a new game but only for this bug to show up. To ignore the great works and play the game legibly defeats the whole reason I started up a new game. To play with great works but to have to smash my face into the screen to read anything isn't practical. Hopefully they fix this issue, soon.
