Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The offline version of CK2 is broken as of 3.3.0, on Mac anyway. The game won't start as the library PDXBrowser_IPC.dylib is "missing". Note that this problem happens at startup well before mods are selectable or can load.
Unfortunately reverting to a previous version is apparently only possible when running on Steam so this update seems to kill all offline play for CK2. Not so good for anyone traveling for the holidays.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Upload to latest version of CK2. Start game in offline load, ie from the desktop alias or from the original executable. Crash. The game will start and plays normally via Steam with or without mods.
