One line summary of your issue
Peasant revolts in counties with 0% effective revolt risk

Game Version
3.3.0 [XDSW]

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Simple: I'm getting peasant uprisings in counties with 0% effective revolt risk. I have reported this before. It has never been fixed. It's frustrating beyond belief to be waging a major war only to have to CONSTANTLY peel troops off to address these revolts all over the realm when they mathematically should not be happening. It's bad enough that I'm always playing whack-a-mole with revolts faster than my marshal can squash them (and there is absolutely NO WAY to prevent it outside of a single county, and my religion has 100% moral authority but is endlessly fighting a neverending string of heresy revolts when those heresies have diddly squat for MA), but now I have to deal with extras that shouldn't even exist in the first place.

EDIT: Silly me, I had Steam set to the 64-bit beta and it never updated to 3.3. Just did that and confirmed that this is still happening.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Not really sure, but have a large empire, wage a major war, and it'll probably happen because OF COURSE it will.
