Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I try to select whatever the private conversation thing does nothing happens. No event or opinion modifier or anything. I'm pretty sure I'm getting the from the royal bedchamber upgrade on my palace.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Make a palace
Try to have a private conversation with someone

Just bumping this as it's not happening for me either.

I have the same problem. I checked the files and there is SUPPOSED to happen an event for an invitation, which can be either accepted (starting a minor event chain) or refused, but I never even get the "target refused invitation" event so apparently it never even fires.

The problem is a wrong scope in the trigger of the event it fires. LT.20405 checks that the wonder owner is character = FROM; it should be character = FROMFROM.
