Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When i host a multiplayer game and generate a random world, when i'm not satisfied with that world i generate a second random world, then i am satisfied and host the game. Then when my friend joins the game he sees the FIRST world, and i see the second world i made. Then when my friend clicks on a ruler to play as he becomes a random courtier because the character ID gets re-used. So then i cannot start the game because "Player 2 is unlanded".
Steps to reproduce the issue.
First you host a game in multiplayer, and pick a date and then randomise the world. then you randomise the world again with the same settings, and then host the game. Then have another player join and he should see a different world then the host. This is reproducible for i have done it 3 times now.
