One line summary of your issue
"Recent Revolt" not added to counties after peasant revolts are crushed

Game Version
3.3.0 [XDSW]

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
What the title says. County gets a high revolt chance, peasant revolt springs up, it gets put down. The revolt risk on that county does not change because the -100% "Recent Revolt" modifier is never added. I've had revolts spring up in the same county the day after I crushed one. I'm pretty sure this should be added in virtually all cases to the source county of a peasant revolt, but it's not and I keep having to squash rebellious twerps over and over again faster than my marshal can keep them down. A bit more on this in another thread: https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/index.php?threads/minimum-cooldown-for-peasant-revolts.1282903/

Steps to reproduce the issue.
See above. Just smash any peasant revolt and it should be obvious.

To update, it only seems to be added under the following scenario:
-County A revolts.
-Rebels in County B spring up to aid the revolt.
-Crush revolt

In this case, County A gets the -100% modifier, but ONLY if someone else in another county hops up to reinforce them as well. This is definitely a bug, and the incessant peasant revolts as a result are driving me up the friggin' wall.
