One line summary of your issue
Religion-restricted namelists don't apply correctly for women

Game Version
3.2.1

What expansions do you have installed?
All of the above

Do you have mods enabled?
Yes

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Religion groups have lists of names that are meant to only be given to members of that religion. This seems to work correctly for men, but women are sometimes given names that should be excluded based on their religion.

To illustrate the problem, I have provided a Shattered World where mods were used to make the whole world Persian (a culture that conveniently has names restricted to three different religious groups) and also to edit both cultural and religious namelists. The world was generated with 40% female rulers and dukes only, but otherwise default settings (except the Persian monoculture thing).

In particular, there are only seven possible names in this monoculture world. For men, the names are Eskander (base name Alexander, Christians and Muslims only), Hormazd (Mazdans only), Mohammed (base name Muhammad, Muslims only), and Shahanshah (no religious restriction). For women, the names are Mariam (base name Mariam, Muslims, Christians, and Jews only), Irandokht (no religious restrictions), and Zeynab (base name Zainab, Muslims only). You will notice, however, that many non-Muslim women are named Zeynab. I haven't found any inappropriate Mariams, oddly enough.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
You can load up my Shattered World save in an unmodded game. All that needs to be seen is right there on the ruler selection screen before actually starting the game (if you do start, courtiers and barony-level vassals will be generated from the default Persian namelist and muddy things up). You can click around and find non-Muslim women named Zeynab, and no non-Muslim men named Mohammed, etc.

You could also look at Germanic Norse women in an unmodified game. Eventually, you'll see a pagan woman with a name from the Christian namelist.
