About half the time I use my grace to get an artifact from China nothing happens. The interaction goes on cooldown.
I assume this happens when I already own the artifact they're trying to give me.
But it would be way better if the game told me that (I have messages for lost/destroyed artifacts enabled but don't get one here, so this is just an assumption).
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play the game. Own a bunch of artifacts. Request artifacts from China.
