When building Great Works there is an issue with scaling and the options and what bonuses the options give are not visible to read.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Crusader Kings II is in 3840x2160 and scaling is on 2.00. I started building a Great Work (Great Harbour, if needed) and waited for the first part of the stage to be completed.
