Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If you have the grievously scarred trait, gaining wounded will revert it back to the basic Scarred trait. This is infuriating since it means less monthly prestige.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Use the ruler designer, make a character take Grievously Scarred and Wounded. Wait for wound to heal. Watch as your scars revert back.

Does this happen only when you create a character using the Ruler Designer, or does it also happen if a character becomes Grievously Scarred through normal gameplay?

Just when using Ruler Designer to my knowledge

Are you playing Ironman? If not, you can using console "charinfo" to see your character having correct scarred_variable or not, it's should be at least 10.
Player without HF DLC will have their scarred_high and scarred_mid trait removed, but since you have a HF DLC, a bug truly.
BTW it's not threads bumping allowing here. It's possible to re-post a issue under another patch number, like 3.3.2 in your case.
