One line summary of your issue
Successions laws behave oddly when you've been granted a higher level title.

Game Version

Sword of Islam

No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
As an Irish vassal count with agnatic cognatic elective gavelkind, my succession law gets changed to agnatic tanistry when I'm granted a duchy by my norse liege.
While this might be intended behavior although I don't see it mentioned anywhere, the UI is inconsistent. Title tooltip shows I have agnatic elective gavelkind. Laws screen shows I have agnatic elective gavelkind, but shows tanistry tooltip. Laws screen also shows elective gavelkind as a law I can change to.
Saving and reloading seems to fix the issue, all screens/tooltips show agnatic tanistry, although save file itself still has a "et=elective_gavelkind" set for the duchy title, but I don't know if that's normal.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start game as a count of c_ulster in 867 start.
edit: change succession law to elective gavelkind
Swear fealty to d_western_isles
Acquire enough piety to falsely confess faith and become norse.
Use county conquest cb to grab counties that are part of d_ulster and enough of the Ireland so your liege can form a kingdom.
From my experience, liege always forms d_ulster as his second duchy. He then creates kingdom of Ireland and almost immediately grants d_ulster to you.
Done, succession laws are now bugged/inconsistent.

Well, it happened again, although not exactly the same. This time it seems to have changed to tanistry without glitching laws screen, although I still think it shouldn't have changed my succession law in the first place and especially not to a law that title creator doesn't have access to.
