My empire started as William de Normandy in Dezember 1066 and now includes Britain, France, Iberia, much of Italy and the Byzantine Empire. After getting the greek Culture and restoring of the Roman Empire the Decission to become the "Apostat" crashes the game.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Get a big Empire, restore Rom and get the hellenism back
