Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
This is very offensive to lots of people. In crusader kings II, ever since the great works update, they added historical wonders and the feature to build great works. They never added the Ka'bba in Mecca which is a holy place for Muslims. There is no mosque of nabawiyye in Medina. There is no Masjidul Axsah in Jerusalem. The famous temple for hindu pilgrames aren't there in india. Not only in Crusader Kings II, this also applies to Imperator: Rome and Europa Universalis IV.

That's not a bug. It's a design decision. And there are plenty of wonders in the Muslim world - Petra, the Pyramids and the House of Wisdom. I'd like to see a pre-built mosque wonder somewhere, but I don't think it's as essential as you're making out.

I am not complaining that there aren't enough islamic wonders. I just said, 4 very holy places arent wonders which is very offensive to people

And if you want to have these ideas accepted, stop throwing around words like 'racist'; for a start muslim and hindu are religions not races. All you do is put off the very people you are trying to convince.
