Yes

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
While upgraded to patch 3.3.1 All DLC's are deactivated as if I hadn't purchased them. Using steam to launch the game and once the launcher is up all DLC are greyed out. Downgraded back to version 3.3.0 and all DLC are working again as normal.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Not sure. Happens at launcher menu when on patch 3.3.1
