Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Retaken Ck2 after a long non playing period and found the weirdest bug since I play the game. I got the last updates. I'm the HRE and I conquered the Duchy of Badajoz on a local crusade more than 80 years ago. I appointed a new duke and all went smoothly until the Pope declared a crusade on the Kingdom of Badajoz, now a part of the Abbasid empire.
The crusade was successful and the pope conceded me the new kingdom. Then, inexplicably, the exact same day that happens, my current duke of Badajoz is put under Abbasid control as a vassal of the Abbasid emperor!!!
I solved it by modifying the save.
