Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have full control of the old Hephthalite Empire borders (Rajputana, Delhi, Kashmir, Transoxiana, Khotan, Punjab). I also control the full Indian subcontinent and have formed the empire of India, and hold territory in Persia, Arabia, Byzantium, Rome, and Brittania. My last battle to take the final country of Khotan was with the Western Protectorate.

I did start with the Count of Mohadavasaka in 769.

I have double checked and achievements should be enabled according to game rules.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Load save. Achievement will not pop.

Better to post such things in the general CK2 forum.
No support here anymore anyway.

A) Is that your checksum in the launcher and in the main menu right after launch ?
Should be SOHY instead.
IF it is TOHY still, then that will invaluate the achievement file after loading it and leave it as an only-ironman file.

B) Did you start the game in 3.3.5.1 ? If not about which version ?

C) I suppose it's a standard campaign and not begun in random or shattered world mode ?
PS: As i can see in the save it's apparently a standard one

D) Has that achievement just been reached today ?
Sometimes Steam takes a bit to register it and it gets recognised the next day.

E) You might simply miss a single barony somewhere.
PS: Not as far as i can see

F) For me the file, while ironman, isn't achievement compatible anymore.
Not sure if the save file checksum for that includes hardware info or steam user account stuff, but it didn't a while back.
