(this is actually my 3rd copy of the book, but since artifacts can't be sorted/organized, this is the best I can do to show it).

all copies were written by different/subsequent rulers, maybe that's the issue.

pretty sure that on the previous patch you couldn't write this kind of book if you already had one.
