Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When two parents are part of the same Dynasty (even if from a Different House) and a Culture that uses Patronymic Surnames the Children bear the name of the Mother instead of the one of the Father. This is while being born in a Patrilineal (or Non-Matrilineal) marriage and the Children being part of the Father's House and not of the Mother.
For example, in the Savegame and Screenshots attached the Little Girl was born into the Father's House (Jimena) and from a Non-Matrilineal Marriage but bears the surname "Urracez" instead of "Sanchez". The mother's House is "Aragon", of the Jimena Dynasty.
This only happens if the mother is part of the Same Dynasty as the Father and Child, even if she is part of another House.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
1. Start as a Culture that uses Patronymic Surnames (Iberian or North Germanic Culture Groups)
2. Marry patrilineally a woman of your same Dynasty.
3. Have a Child
4. Look that it bears the Mother's name and not the Father's
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Maybe it is because the Game doesn't know if the parents are married Patrilineally or Matrilineally so it assignes the Surname taking into account the Dynasty. If the Child has the same Dyansty as the Father it has the Fathers, if it is the same as the Mother, the Mother's. And the Mother seems to have preference when both parents are part of the same Dynasty.
The solution could be to make the game look to the House and not to the Dynasty when it has to generate the Patronymic Surname (the father's if the same House as the father, the mother 's if the same House as the mother). Just the same system but focusing on Houses and not Dynasties. That way the Patronymic granting can be more truthful to who is the more powerful part in that Marriage.
