Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
You used to be able to see on the map when you moused over it in a list, for instance when selecting it as a war goal. That highlight isn't happening anymore. It appears this only happens for "claims" wars.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Right click on any ruler you have a CB against and mouse over any of the provinces to select as a war goal. The highlighting no longer appears.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
