Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Sometimes the tooltips display far to the right and when I click my assigned action lock button and mouse over to the tooltip, it will vanish. This is incredibly frustrating. I want to be clear... this was happening way before I downloaded mods and I just became incredibly irritated that this has yet to be resolved. Sometimes the tooltips are too far to the right... the tool tips lock but when you attempt to hover over them they disapear.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
wait for a notification where the tooltip isnt directly close to the button.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
