Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When AI ruler of Kingdom of Frisia loses a conquest war, nearly every vassal in their realm is granted independence.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Load the attached Jan 1 save, playing as the King of Sardinia, then wait for the King of Frisia to lose the conquest war he's in. When he does, nearly all of the Frisian vassals are granted independence (results can be seen in the attached May 7 save)
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
