Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Problem: Facial rigging for animations around the eyes has broken since 1.2 and is still broken in 1.3. It appears weighting on eye animations is missing or is less accurate causing skin to fold over the eyes/clip, or be pulled in abnormal directions depending on the animations. These issues were not present in previous patches. I have attached an image showing some of the issues but it is better to see them in movement. The problem seems to be most severe on the right eye of characters.
From my own investigation is is simply incorrect rigging of bones and is easily fixable with a re-rig.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Watch animations of idle characters and see weird eye movement and skin pulling.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Simply replace the head models rigging with the rigging of 1.0-1.1. I have even re-rigged them myself and uploaded them for your team.
