In my new game with the new flavor pack, I cannot fight raiding armies. I have converted to a branch of islam if that makes any difference

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Be near tribes? Not sure

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Thank you for reporting this issue! It's something we are (unfortunately) aware about and are hard at work on fixing!
This issue essentially occurs when a vassal of a foreign realm decides to raid you, the hostility is not properly calculated. We hope to fix it soon enough!
