Confirmed CK III - Can't raise the professional army

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When I'm raising the army my professionals are not appearing. I've tested this in any location using "Raise All Here" and "Raise Local Army" and also with or without CTRL button. It happened after update to 1.3.0.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Use my save file and try to gather the army. Professionals won't be gathered.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

You have paused your game! Press "Spacebar" and you'll get your MaA. (no joke)

I thought I was having the same issue but it is probably to do with the new travel time for MaA that was introduced in 1.3. I noticed the same thing when I was raising my army far from my capital. If you leave the army to raise long enough eventually the MaA will appear. If you raise them in or near your capital they appear almost instantly. However I cant work out how to raise only MaA far from my capital, even with the wait. I don't want to have to raise a full 70k man army to attack a once county ruler at the other end of my empire just so that I can get my siege weapons!

Ballistas and Trebuchets also need to be moved and not "teleported".

But that was not your problem. You paused the game! I tried your file and after resuming gameplay (spacebar) i could raise your MaA immediately.
