Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Attempting to found or reform a religion with a white map color causes form religion to be grayed out with no explanation. It took me a long time to narrow down the problem to map color.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Try to found or reform a religion. Drag the map color option to the top left corner of a color. Return to find that you cannot found a religion, with no explanation given.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
