Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I started an ironman save as Leon in 1066 and noticed he was the lover of his sister. I went to romance her and in the sucess chance it says incest is taboo -25, despite her being in an incestuous relationship from the start of the game

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start the game and try to romance Countess Urraca

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
