Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
FPS cap doensn't work, if you desactivate v-sync and limit to 60, the game is running 250-300 fps (rx580) and the gpu is burning. Also, with v-sync enabled, fps stick to 144 (144hz monitor).
I can't set a profile with amd drivers because with the game pass my radeon software don't show or recognize CK as a game.... And even when setting a general profile to 60fps, the game doesn't care (v-sync or not).

Please explain how to reproduce the issue

This is still an issue, especially after the latest Royal Court update. Framerate cap is broken Vsync works but my GPU is still going 100% at all times at 144fps.

It´s March 2024 and the FPS limitation is still not working. Unbelievable.
