Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The event As I Lay Dying always displays "Castilian" language no matter which culture your character currently has.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue

looks like this event is set up really weird

is it not possible to just use a normal scope to get the primary language of your culture?

surely that would have been the easiest way to do this

there's no need to have to set up custom loc

Could you please advice how to find the code for this event? search As I Lay Dying or as_i_lay_dying in `common` folder did not help and I wonder how to approach this.

You had the right idea, but since this is text displayed in-game, you should try searching in the "localization\english" folder instead.
Then you'd find the id of the event, and would need to search in the "events" folder:

fp2_flavor.3001.t:0 "As I Lay Dying"

So here it's fp2_flavor.3001 ( .t is there because this is the title of the event).

Just wanted to bump this and say that it's still present as of 22/06/23. Castillian for the Duke of Flanders.

EDIT: It's *still* a thing as of 25/10/23. The Duke of Achaia wants to use Casillian for his epitaph. We speak Greek, but that's not even an option.

Thanks! Sucks that it is still around. Maybe click the big green arrow up as well – its is at the right side of the original post – not sure how much it helps with visibility after the the bug already made it in "the database" though.
