Short summary of your issue Conquered Territory Becomes Completely Unlanded And With 0 Development After 1.3.0 Game Version 1.3.0 What OS are you playing on? Windows What platform are you using? Steam Do you have mods enabled? No Have you tried verifying your game files (Steam only)? Yes How much "pain" is this causing you? 10 Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible After loading my world conquest save in order to continue playing for some extra achievements I noticed that some of Sapmi's Duchies have become completely unlanded - nobody owns them and there's no way to conquer them. The Duchies are Ter and Kintus. Please explain how to reproduce the issue I have attached my old and new save files, hopefully this is enough to fix the issue. Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue? Not sure. I have attached a save game Yes Upload Attachment File(s) attached
