Conquest casus bellis from the Pursuit of Power tenet of Mozarabism gained from the Bind the Faith to Rome major decision not appearing against neighboring rulers outside of the Iberia region.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
As a Mozarabic ruler, you get ability to take the Major Decision "Bind the Faith to Rome." If you take the option to make Mozarabism more fundamentalist, Mozarabism replaces the "Rite" tenet with "Pursuit of Power." When one tries to declare a war on a neighboring ruler outside of the Iberia region, neither the "Conquer County" nor "Conquer Duchy" casus bellis are available.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Another player posted a similar bug report. In it they said that upon converting to an Iberian heritage culture (Catalan) as a ruler of a tribal government, they lost their ability to do use conquest casus bellis against rulers outside of Iberia. This could be a general issue tied to how conquest casus bellis interact with rulers who simply have Iberian heritage cultures or more narrowly those who convert to them as I started as someone who eventually converted to a local Iberian heritage culture (Andalusian in my case) as well. Another possibility is that rulers involved in The Struggle added with the Fate of Iberia DLC could have these casus bellis erroneously limited to other rulers involved with that mechanic as well in the same way that the new casus bellis (struggle clash, border raid, etc.) cannot be used outside of Iberia.
