Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
A lot of console commands dont work even the newly added ones that came with royal court update, see list below

discover_all_eras [char id] <-- discover_all_eras itself works but not with a charid behind it
instasiege <-- newly added doesnt work
ToggleShowAllKillers <-- newly added doesnt work
guaranteed_scheme_success/failure <-- newly added doesnt work
guaranteed_scheme_secrecy_success/failure <-- newly added doesnt work
instaraid <-- newly added doesnt work

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
just try them out
