Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The County of Olavinlinna in Finland has been named in a very ahistorical way. Olavinlinna is a castle that was built in 1475 which is outside of the game's time span. A better name for the county could be County of Savo, as we already have Duchy of Savo.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start a new game and play in Finland. County of Olavinlinna is around centre-eastern part of the country.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
English Wikipedia article covers the history of the castle quite well and shows why it's not suitable for the name of the county in my opinion. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olavinlinna

I think there are other Finnish players who would also like a more historical name for the county. Thank you.
